By accessing this website and or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as set out below:-
UK orders
Payment: Strictly net 30 days from Invoice date.
New accounts: £250 minimum opening carriage paid order.
Orders: Minimum carriage paid order within UK Mainland £150. Orders sent to any UK Islands or to the Scottish Highlands area are subject to a carriage charge at cost.
Damages & Shortages:
In case of damage to goods in transit the Carrier should be notified within 3 days and us within 14 days of the invoice date.
Shortages in deliveries must be notified to us in writing within 3 days. Lost consignments must be notified to us in writing within 14 days from the invoice date. No claims will be entertained outside of these limits.
Export orders
Payment: Letter of Credit or Bank Transfer with order
Freight: All orders are on an ex-warehouse basis, unless agreed otherwise by us in writing, and you are responsible for arranging collection by your freight forwarders from our warehouse. Any special export packing will be charged at cost.
General Terms of Trading
No orders are accepted for less than the Standard Pack quantities or multiples thereof.
No orders may be returned for credit without our prior consent which must be requested within 14 days from invoice date. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Prices charged are as ruled at the date of despatch.
We reserve the right to make partial despatches of orders.
Late payments are subject to an interest rate of 2% per month.
We reserve the right to review these terms and conditions without prior notice.
All goods supplied by DZine Ltd remain our property until all monies due, for any goods supplied, are received by DZine Ltd.
We will not make refunds against credit balances as these have to be satisfied by the purchase of further stock.
DZine Ltd employees or agents are not authorised to make representation concerning the goods or uplift any stock unless confirmed by DZine Ltd in writing.
No order that has been accepted by us may be cancelled by the Purchaser prior to the due delivery date except with the agreement in writing from us and on the terms that the Purchaser shall indemnify us against all loss, including loss of profit.
DZine Ltd Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales and will prevail over any different terms and conditions issued by the Purchaser, except where otherwise agreed in writing. Your acceptance of invoiced stock or completion of our online account application form indicates your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Complaints
DZine Ltd &/or Dzinedirect.com take pride in their customer relationships and we expend considerable effort to ensure that you are happy with everything you purchase on our website. We aim to reply to all emails within one working day from receipt, whether they be an enquiry or, alas, a complaint. If you feel email is too impersonal, we welcome your phone call or a letter. All your comments and feedback are important to us whether they are good or bad and they will be investigated immediately. We do of course prefer good news!

For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom . Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and you and DZine Ltd &/or dzinedirect.com irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
